To replace the sand paper simply cut and fold any type of sheet sandpaper to size for the particular drum size you’re using.

Sleeveless Sanding Drum
The sleeveless sanding drum is fantastic. I never have to chase up the correct sleeves. I've made up a little jig so I can always cut my abrasive paper to the correct width and length and I enjoy the economy of it. It allows me to use any grade of sandpaper I need. If mounted horizontally it does put some lateral force on the chuck but so long as everything is fixed down that's not a problem at all. I think it's a great tool to have.
