This towel works by evaporation cooling. To use it is simple all you need to do is soak it in water for 3-5 minutes, wring it out, and wave it in the air for a few seconds to activate the cooling fibers within the towel then simply place it around your neck or on your body to assist in cooling down.

After 15 to 20 minutes just give it another wave for a few seconds to reactivate the cooling process.
